I would rate them a 0/5 if I could. Staff is incredibly unkind, disrespectful and rude. Drive the extra few minutes to do what you can to avoid this establishment.
After an extremely negative experience with my mobile order at graham road I called over here to see if they had what I wanted, Sarah is awesome! She fixed what the other one messed up even though she wasn’t obligated to and her staff is awesome! I’ll only ever go to this one from now on
When I got in the drive thru there were 2 cars in front of me that had already ordered. I placed my order at 8:03 for two combos and two burritos. A total of 6 items including the drinks. I didn’t leave the drive thru until 8:50 after receiving the wrong order at 8:30. Absolutely insane and I am expecting a refund. $37 and waited almost a hour is a disgrace. Editing to add photo of the food quality.
This location is SO slow. There were two cars in the drive through, and they had us wait several minutes to even take our order. And then it took like 15 minutes to get us the two things we ordered. Unacceptable.
