This is the closest Taco Bell to my house. The wait is always excessive. The wait wouldn't bother me if the staff were more polite and they could get my order correct. The staff do not acknowledge you and are obviously annoyed with having to do their job. My order has never once been correct. I have paid for things I didn't receive or received someone else's order entirely. Today I ordered a cheese quesadilla and when I got home it was loaded with chicken. I highly recommend making the drive to a different Taco Bell.
The poor staff had a drive-thru line around the building, evidently not enough workers. Through it all the staff were very nice and professional. The food was expected from Taco Be. It was a long drive through time.
April 10th 2026 I've actually raised the score to a two because most of the time the food is really good the service is still lacking but I've raised it because things have gotten better. HOWEVER WHY IS IT THAT SO MANY OF THESE TACO BELL DRIVE-THRUS CORPORATE OWNED AND FRANCHISES NEVER GET THE SAUCES RIGHT AND WHEN I SAY NO ICE THEY ALWAYS FILL IT WITH ICE!!??? I ACTUALLY WENT TO THE ONE ON GRAHAM ROAD IN STOW AND THEY DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE ME ANY SAUCES THEY COULDN'T GIVE ANY OUT STATE ROAD SO MANY TIMES MESSES UP BY NOT GIVI... read more
I have never had a good experience at this restaurant.Slow service, poor quality food (cold / incorrect portions). Very inconsistent. Avoid if you can.
