Only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. I ordered a chicken quesadilla from Taco Bell and after already taking a few bites, I discovered on the bottom of the quesadilla a whole blue Band-Aid covered in blood inside it. Absolutely disgusting and beyond unacceptable. Finding blood in food is a serious health and safety issue that should never happen under any circumstances. It completely ruined my appetite and made me feel sick knowing I had already eaten part of it before noticing.
4/17/2026 (11:38am) Nice. This is the Taco Bell staff out in the open. Imagine what they’re doing with your food and behind the scenes. I observed the manager look at this staff person and didn’t bother to correct him. Their low review rating is exactly what it is.
They are the nicest and never mess up my order
Food is fine but I keep fining chunks of plastic on it lol. My boys here are skipping micro plastica and going straight into macroplastics.
We just got drinks the new red bull drink
