The stupid expense that is Taco Bell in 2026 aside, this is one of the few Taco Bell’s I have been to where my order was actually fulfilled. No missing items, no unexplained substitutions, no bullshit excuse like “we are out of beef/ tortillas”. I put in an order and got Taco Bell
I had a small mix-up with my Taco Bell order where one item wasn’t put together very well and another item was missing. I came back, and Jackson was incredibly helpful. He was super nice, genuinely apologetic, and got everything fixed immediately. I really appreciated how he handled the situation and made sure everything was taken care of. Great customer service. If Jackson isn’t a manager already, he should be!
We drive out further just to go to this taco bell. They are extremely friendly, customer oriented, and the food is consistently delicious.
Went through the drive thru tonight and wanted to shout out Jackson for exceptional customer service.
