The food was hard and nasty. It was seasoned wrong. They gave me 1 taco. I ordered 2. They gave me the wrong size nacho fries. When I pulled up, someone was smoking a cigarette in drive thru. The Chulupas were too crunchy. Where is my daughter's Cinnamon Twists? So frustrating. They did so terrible on this order. Food was on par with what I expect from a fast food chain. The service was SO painfully slow I almost left! Staff at the front was nowhere to be found for the longest time I stood there waiting for anyone at the drive thru or back line to just notice my family waiting. If they want people to use the kiosk don't put them out of the flow in the corner of the restaurant. Drive thru. Order was wrong I told them when I ordered it looked wrong and they said it was correct and still got it wrong. Sprite was gross and 3/4 filled and full of ice to the brim. Three sips and the flat soda was gone. No sauce no napkins. Slow. Good wasn’t terrible but I won’t be coming back to this location. The management team here needs training or replacement. The owner should step in more here
Went inside and there was all two people in the actual building. One of those two people already had their order. The other person was getting his order completed and at the time there was barely a line outside but with three to four people working, no one ever even walked up to the counter and even acknowledged me. I order my food with a large nacho fries and I came all the way home and it wasn’t in the bag but it was on the receipt and it was 22.63$ for my meal INCLUDING MY MISSING LARGE NACHO FRIES and we tried calling but they wouldn’t answer…
