My wife and I decided to give our local taco bell another chance today after working 10 hours. I have to say we will never go back. I've never been more disappointed with a meal. We ordered inside at the kiosk while a few people were waiting in line. We got a few potato tacos and a fry for each of us, along with a burrito. The service is always terrible; none of the employees seem to care about customer service. You ask them something and they don't know the answer, they take forever to serve you, and the place is always filthy. The food is sometimes good, but often it's not, and they often forget to include something in your order.
Staff here are always polite and seem to try hard. But my God if they move any slower they would move backwards in time.
