Great customer service employees were awesome
Went by today and it really depends on who is working. The burrito I ordered said on the screen chicken (but I received beef.) No biggie.. but then I bit into my taco and it was as cold as the inside of a refrigerator. Gross. Ill be going to the one across town from now on.
Updating this review. Went through the drive thru and had the rudest responses from the staff member. The attitude i got was as if I ruined their day by placing an order and made them work. Have had very mixed experiences here. Originally it was the better Taco Bell to go to, than suddenly it fell apart. At times it seems like the staff can't seem to get anything right, place is often dirty, and they are often out of items. Had avoided this place for quite a while. 2 items off my order are missing and then there’s a taco in my bag completely unwrapped spilled all over the place at the bottom of my bag
