Always….. not even exaggerating, there is missing more than 1 item. They probably owe us over 100-150 dollars over the last year. Every time we reach out, they never reach back out. Instead they give us 3 dollars towards the $16 dollars worth of missing items. Again, EVERY TIME! Still waiting on a reply back, maybe 5th times the charm! Where are you Taco Bell! I have the receipts!
Put a mobile order in and was told there'll be over an hour wait and we'd be better off canceling our order. I don't blame the staff for this. This is obviously a management issue. Couldn't even cancel the mobile order due to the restaurant already accepting it. And the customer service hours only available 8:00 to 4:00 :00 Monday to Friday.
