This location has a weird thing where they tell you to wait at the drive thru screen for about 10 minutes so they can make it "Up to Standard", although their service and food is never up to standard. Please train your employees to actually do their job.

had a really disappointing experience at Taco Bell. The food tasted stale, the tacos were falling apart, and everything seemed thrown together without any care. The service was slow even though the place wasn’t busy, and the staff acted like they didn’t want to be there. My order was missing items, and what I did receive was cold. For the price, I expected at least decent quality, but this visit was honestly one of the worst fast‑food experiences I’ve had in a long time.
Late last night around 11 pm me and my bae went to taco bell and there was a huge line! Luckily the goat Caleb was working and he flew through that rush like it was a fart in the wind. Caleb was great and super nice! Highly recommend if you like .
Super disappointed and irritated. There was nobody in drive thru and maybe a few people in the lobby. Only one of those people were also waiting for their food, and I just waited almost a half hour to pick up a door dash order. They were just goofing around and taking their time. They even took their time putting the order in the delivery bags. When it was handed to me they told me to grab my own sauce…thankfully I already did but shouldn’t have had to!
