It's taco bell
Nothing like placing an order at the Check-In terminals and it taking 30+ minutes to get. This has to be the laziest fast food crew I've seen in years
literally waited over an hour for 2 tacos as the only person in the drive thru. then was refused a refund and offered cold food only after i had waited and showed frustration. 0 communication that anything was wrong & that it would be taking long. all staff just stared at me until i said something. management should be severely reworked here!
Took over a hour to get my food after ordering, I walked up to get a refund and then they handed me my food. Food was absolutely disgusting and there was garbage all over the floor
