Staff did Amazing today; they were extremely busy due to the sale and they kept it rolling with no issues. We see you working hard!
Usually this place I have no problems with but my chicken flatbread was rolled like a burrito and barely had any filling. My luxe box had everything but it was poorly made as well. The other night I had two of the new pepper jack burritos and they were packed and made great. But tonight they were barely full, barely warm and had almost nothing but lettuce and tomatoes. Kinda sad.

From out of state. They must just do it differently in Missouri. Literally the best Taco Bell experience I’ve had in years. Highly recommend.
Nothing like waiting in line for 40 minutes then waiting to get to drive thru speaker and then wait another 20 minutes. Told they had a lot of inside customers. I said there are 8 cars behind me. Finally they took my order. Another wait for my food. I was checking my bag to make sure I had the big order correct. I was told to pull forward. I said I waited an hour here to get the food and I am not pulling forward until I’m sure my order is correct.
