The people who work there - are great. Fantastic. The stupid AI agent at the drive through is infuriating and has screwed up more order every. Single. Time. The employees always do their best to make it right but the entire process of getting a bad order then having to wait for someone to fix it because of that stupid computer is ridiculous.
Food was good and fresh. Staff was friendly
I don’t expect a lot from fast food restaurants but this was worse than I could have imagined. 3 chili cheese burritos with about a teaspoon of chilli and the cheese. Literally just a big dry tortilla with a smear of chilli on one side. The Cinnabon balls were hard as a rock. Completely inedible. And some teen guy overdosing on the sidewalk outside the door on our way out. Will never go anywhere near this place again.
