Ricky and Brian helped today in the drive-thru. They were kind, quick, and helpful. I really appreciate their friendly attitudes as well! I had a bit of a complicated order and they didn’t make me feel crazy for it lol they were very nice and I didn’t feel rushed whatsoever. By far the best service I’ve ever gotten at this Taco Bell. That’s the dream team right there! Thank you Ricky and Brian for being genuinely kind, we need more of that in the world.
I had a frustrating experience at Taco Bell tonight around 9:30–9:45 PM. I placed a fairly large order, including a Supreme Deluxe Box, and specifically asked for the Chalupa to be beef instead of chicken. While ordering, the cashier also asked about my drink, and I requested an upgrade to a large. The manager at this Taco Bell was extremely rude and showed zero customer service skills. When I had an issue, they were dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in helping at all. Management sets the tone, and this experience guaranteed I won’t be coming back.
