I just stood in line in the lobby for nearly 10 minutes while the entire staff stood in the back carrying on, doing absolutely nothing and refusing to take an order. Turns out the person that walked by me three times in the lobby mean muggin me while bickering with her boo on her personal phone WAS actually the manager (her picture on the wall confirmed that) - when I asked her if anyone was taking orders, she gave me the worst eat shit look I’ve ever seen in my life, as if she was offended that she had to do her job. Not sure the horrible reviews are warranted at this location. I called beforehand to make sure they had the limited time item I wanted and the worker was kind over the phone. Then I went in person in the evening to order and everything was clean and the workers were friendly. Food was the same as any other Taco Bell.

Sign clearly says open until 1am. Pulled into the drive thru at exactly midnight, the worker was literally HIDING in the middle of the kitchen to avoid being seen through the drive thru window. I waited until 12:07, and the worker RUDELY stated that they were closed as they rushed out the back door and ran up the street. If I could give it 0/10 I would.
