They didn’t take our order correctly and didn’t repeat it back to us before we pulled around. The worker also had a bad attitude. We were told the food would take about 10 minutes and were asked to pull around to the left, but we ended up waiting almost 20 minutes. When my mom went inside to check, they hadn’t even started making our food yet. When we finally got the meal, it didn’t include anything I actually asked for and had several items I didn’t want. I have gift cards for Taco Bell that I tried to use. I told the guy at the register that I had never used the app before and how did it work. After rolling his eyes at me he said to just order off the menu. He rang it up and then offered no assistance as to how I was to pay from the app. He just stood there acting annoyed. I left. If you dont want business them close the damn store. Its always like this. I dont know why I've given them so many opportunities to change my opinion of this store. Never again

Absolutely the worst Taco bell in Georgia. Very rude staff and it isn't just one person it was the whole staff on duty. Do not eat here.

The worst Tacobell you could ever go to. It’s so bad that it’s actually worth driving to another one, even though it’s a little far away. Have you planned on going just don’t. I love Tacobell, but this is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had.
