terrible service!!! went there around 1:30 am to get a late night eat. some old lady with a big nose and glasses gave me and my mom attitude because her self was too lazy to go on the speaker and instead she made us talk to AI. all we wanted was to make the crunch taco supreme in our meal and the AI speaker kept saying “i didn’t catch that” over and over. so of course we laughed it off then just went to the window. this lady is so miserable she yells. “17.35!” then we hand her a $20 bill and she throws out change into our ha... read more

Eww.. they were using AI when we went thru drive thru. We don’t grab fast food often so not sure if it’s a new thing. We left and went to BK where we deal with humans. All set with AI. Ty
