Last few times I’ve come my order has been screwed up. And now they removed the build your own Luxe craving box. I’m never ordering from this franchise or the surrounding ones again. Greedy owners. Crappy workers.
They make good food but they consistently takes 45+ minutes to finish my order.
The black haired boy in the drive thru is exceptional. He kindly addressed all my concerns and accommodated my various requests with speed and efficacy. He has the burrito-making skills of a seasoned professional. My grilled cheese burrito and black bean crunchwrap were busting, made with love and care.
It was okay, they actually had Cool Ranch Tacos.
So slow.
