Worst taco bell i been into!! Worcester customer service! Came here on August 30th around 3am i waited for my order almost for 40 mins! Worker was smoking outside over 15 mins! They were disrespectful at the window! Have more employees here then just two!
Very disappointing experience with the manager Jazmin . Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior toward me. A manager should treat everyone with respect specially a regular customer and with professionalism. I hope this is addressed. I have heard a lot about this location —specifically regarding the lack of respect for customers and the poor service.No more Taco Bell for me and my family
