Literally showed them the mobile app with my order at that location and that it was placed 10 minutes prior, and was still told there was nothing they could do. Just told me a vague number to call for a refund.
I had a very disappointing experience at your drive-thru on Tuesday, June 30, at approximately 10:00 p.m. I ordered a #9 meal, but it was incorrect. Instead of receiving two rolled quesadillas, there was only one. In addition, my taco had been tossed directly upside down into the bag so it dumped out instead of staying in its proper packaging, leaving it a mess. I had a horrible experience as a paying customer. The employee working the drive-thru on 6/30/2026 at approximately 10:04 p.m. was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The interaction was so unpleasant that I left feeling completely disrespected as a customer. For identification purposes, she had a puzzle piece tattoo on her left arm.
