I stopped by this Taco Bell/KFC location near the airport late on Monday night after a grueling workday, and an employee named Ricardo completely saved my night. Even though the store was getting ready to close and the mobile app was giving me technical issues, Ricardo treated me with the most remarkable customer service, patience, and genuine human kindness I have experienced in a very long time. He is an absolute asset to this team and a true professional. God bless him for his incredible work ethic and heart!

I work in this area and I am greatly disturbed by the horrible customer service. I went into the store to buy food , the place was empty but for 2 people. One waiting for his food to be bagged , which they messed up and had to chase the man out the door to return to pickup food they left out of his order. The other was a lady with a baby and she politely let me go in front of her, she said she was undecided on what to get. I went to try the new chicken nuggets. They were hot out of the fryer, larger than McDonalds, and tasted like real chicken. There were several sauces to choose from. Hidden Valley Fire Ranch, Bell Sauce, Jalapeño Honey Mustard and Hot Honey Diablo. All were good and spicy. I also had the Lux box with cheesy double beef burrito and grilled cheese burrito, chips and cheese sauce with mountain dew. Allwere hot and delicious. The nuggets were very good and repeatable.
