I have generally had good service here. Busy location, food is made fresh, employees are helpful. I really like the Chicken Chalupa, Doritos tacos and the bowls. Lipton unsweetened iced tea is very good. Breakfast crunch wraps are pricey but tasty.
Place has gone downhill from one of the best to consistently wack. Dude dropped my order on the floor and couldn't even hit me with so much as a "sorry"
So much worse than the last time. I stopped because they were getting bad and now just so bad

This is the best Taco Bell in Western Mass. I go out of my way to order from here, even if I'm closer to another Taco Bell. I always use the app and drive thru, and my order is always out quickly regardless of the line. My tacos are always hot and enormous, and handed to me with a smile.
