Avoid eating in the Taco Bell on Holland Road! We went there to eat dinner tonight, and it is clear that customer service is GONE! FIRST: There was no option for water on the ordering kiosk screen - so after we ordered our food, we went to the counter to ask for a cup to get water from the soda fountain. The first employee told us to go back to the kiosk, go under beverages, and it is at the bottom. So we walked back over, looked under beverages - it was not there. This place is amazing. I go here everyday to get my drink. Employees are amazing. Food was great. Service was quick and fast.
Literally LOVE this particular taco bell!!! They always have hot and amazing food and their customer service is the BEEESST. There are two taco bells on Holland road but THIS ONE is MYY Taco Bell 🔔 😋 My most recent experience with Diesreé Kyle, who went above and beyond, absolutely turned my shitty day to a better one 💜🥰
