Stopped by this Taco Bell today and had one of the best drive-thru experiences I’ve had in a long time. It’s been a long day, and the woman working the drive-thru was genuinely so kind, warm, and friendly. It wasn’t just good customer service, she truly went above and beyond and completely turned my day around. I didn’t catch her name, but I hope management knows how lucky they are to have her. Sometimes a small act of kindness makes a much bigger impact than people realize, and she reminded me of that today.

I had a problem with the app being weird, but when I came in the gentlemen working were so helpful and they got it all sorted out for me!! Food came out super quick!! Thank yall much!!
