I came and placed a take out order on my break. I waited for maybe 10-15 minutes without any service. I ordered 2 plain tacos and a drink. I asked the manager if he could just refund my order because they had a lot on their plate. (The Drive through was empty when I placed my order). I wasn't expecting priority however when the customer that placed an order after me got his drink before me, I realized maybe they don't even intend on making the order.
Both Google hours of operation as well as the Taco Bell app failed to inform me that this location was "closed for business", therefore taking my money and forcing me to cancel my order. I will not see this money return to my account for several days, which is irritating. Taco Bell, do better
The Chalupas were good but the crunchwrap supreme tasted like burnt oil.
