It's a great place for fast Mexican
Scheduled a pickup 25 minutes ahead of time, and when I got there (after the scheduled time) it took 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me, and then they somehow "lost" my food so I had to wait another 10 minutes. Staff was rude and uncaring, acting like I'm an inconvenience to them. Store is small and plain. Food tasted as you expect, at least it was fresh I guess.
The crew is cool, but you are going to wait a long time to get your food. Store is clean, food is fine. But I think they have amateurish management. No one ever comes to the counter, and everything else is slow. In 'fast food', being chronically slow is a problem.
Customer service is fatal, they do not like to attend, and when they attend, they do it badly.
