Pretty bad. We checked in the drive through and was told to pull around. Waited for awhile before someone came to the window and asked us if we had been helped. Then when the food came there was almost no meat on the mini taco salads and I didn't get the double meat i ordered in my burrito (or I did and they just suck). Also the mini taco shells were rancid.
The service is good 💯 and relationship is good
Alice was extremely rude when I went back to have my order remade. I told her it was in a group chat and she look like she saw it then stated arguing with me about how I didn’t have a manager’s name. “NEXT TIME YOU NEED A NAME” Alice said as she walked back when I replied with “tell the manager to tell us their name” she handed the receipt back and said have a nice day. Hey its Taco Bell
If I could leave a 0 star I would, The employees were to busy talking to one of their friends and messed up our order. Not to mention we had to borderline argue with them to fix it and the graduating high schooler they were busy talking to wouldn't move from the counter to even let us to the counter.
