Walking into a Taco Bell which is one of America's top number one place to eat. I was shocked to see in an employee wearing street clothes and his hair was all over his head no hair net or hat. I always order off the value menu, usually get the spicy potato soft tacos for a quick snack with a decent value
Dericka or whatever her name is asked me to redeem a free item reward then charged me for it and lied then yelled at me for demanding a refund and slammed the window after I proved with a calculator that she lied since she didnt understand basic math in my head or hers

I am disappointed with the service I received during a recent visit to Taco Bell. Upon placing our order, we were informed that the location was completely out of beef — a staple protein option for many of the items on their menu. Only steak and chicken were available. We requested to substitute steak for beef but asked to be charged the standard beef price, considering the unavailability was due to an inventory issue on their end.
