This is by far the laziest Taco Bell I’ve been to-! I’m not sure whom the manager is, especially tonight Sat(6th Sept) @8:00 pm and once again the door locked for no good reason. They think that by doing this, people will turn away from the extremely long line thru drive thru/ and guess what it worked! We watched multiple people leave and pull out of drive thru! It literally took them an hour to make 3 burritos. Trash.
The little girl at the drive through window, Kuniya was an absolute delight! She was happy, smiling, said good to see you to the regular I was a passenger to. Thank you for smiling and treating us nicely, you never know what a kind word and a smile will do, it certainly brightened my day.
