Absolutely disgusting inside. Long wait and order was messed up. I cant believe corporate or the health inspector hasnt shut them down
I came to pick up a delivery order at 9:47pm and was not aware that the lobby was still open so I went through the drive thru . I was told to come inside which wasnt a problem however I wasn’t able to back up due to a vehicle being behind me. There were three cars in front of me. This Taco Bell was the filthiest Taco Bell. I've ever been to. They obviously don't have enough people working here, to even wipe the tables down or clean the floors. Just nasty!!
Took 40mins and more since they got one customers order then seen another lady who had door dash waited 25-30 mins just to be told to wait another 15-20mins, while it isnt busy and had 6-7 employees and already forgot so many orders, and its the girl with pink hair who was extremely disrespectful and the girl in the glasses was very respectful compared to the girl in the pink hair. I $50 on my order and the service was awful. I also paid 75 cents per taco for extra cheese on 4 tacos and a gordita crunch for none of them to have cheese at all, barely a line of beef, entirely made of lettuce and no sauce on my gordita crunch. The 7 cheese quesodillas I ordered weren’t cooked thoroughly and the cheese was not only not melted but also cold. THIS WAS RIDICULOUS.
