3rd party pick-ups are treated like 2nd class customers. A 15-min run shouldn’t take over 45 minutes. They’ll have all the delivery drivers WAITING in the lobby for at least 30 minutes. Especially on a busy Friday/Saturday night when they understand the amount of traffic that comes into this location. Yall need to staff accordingly. Especially when the majority of their sales are through 3rd party deliveries. Soon nobody will want to pick up for this location once they learn about the wait times
Says its a 24 hour location got told at the drive through that they are only doing doordash orders if thats the case why is it a "24 hour" location
