They are very rude and unprofessional in there I asked for only meat and cheese on everything and then they come to the window and ask do I still want nacho cheese on my burrito because my child only eats meat and cheese on everything and then the girl called herself fussing me out so when I go to call to talk to the manager, they’re gonna ask me what’s my problem in the manager’s occupied so they can’t come to the phone I promise this is the worst Taco Bell in Virginia Beach. They have the worst customer service.
I had 2 doritos locos tacos and the mexican pizza. The Mexican pizza tasted so bad, I couldn't even finish it. Had a very weird taste and after taste, almost like it was going bad. I had to throw it away and wasted my money.
My experience here was way below the expected. The drinks tasted off/flat and the service is ridiculously slow. I was in here for atleast 20 minutes and still didn’t get my food. Horrible Taco Bell!!! Go to a different place…
