This location use to be top tier especially wit the food..Tonight I got a chalupa and nacho fries..My fries were clearly thrown into the bag because it was at the bottom..thn my chalupa clearly wasn't fresh at all..I was at drive thru for over 10 mins waiting on food that wasn't even good..This location really use to be the best in The Beach..I'll never return again..I work to dang hard for my money..idgaf if its fast food tacos...Taco Bell prices are outrageous to throw away your food...Do better! I don’t expect a lot from fast food chains but It should be criminal for a fast food place to be this slow. Imagine how upset someone has to be, to waste time putting a google rating for a Taco Bell. They made the uber eats driver wait 50 minutes to pick up the food, felt bad for the guy, meanwhile they had another 30 minutes prior because the driver came from a different delivery. They should shut this place down, should be illegal to be this bad at what you do. I’d fire everyone in this location, including the owner.
This Taco bell has great customer service. The Workers and Cashiers are very kind and mindful and also always make sure you have what you need and greet you at the door! I 100% Recommend eating here!
Walked in and said Goodmorning, the bag of food was thrown on the counter at me & not a word was said by the person who did it. Teach your employees customer service & manners!
