This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff treated a homeless man with complete disrespect, rudely telling him to leave even though he wasn’t bothering anyone or causing problems. He did ask for a free food item, but they could’ve responded differently, especially when he was not causing any other disturbances.
