Went through the drive-through today and Eric was a really good employee. He made my day he made me feel better. You guys really need more employees like Eric that ran the drive-through today. He is an awesome worker.
No clue what happened but this is honestly the worst experience I've had in a while. Came in and paid $11 for 2 tacos and some nachos and both my tacos were broken down the middle and overcooked. Shit food is supposed to be cheap, definitely not worth $11
Had a standard regular taco combo with a burrito. The food tasted like taco bell no complaints. The ice machine was out of ice and the soda was flat. However, the young lady was very nice and helpful. She said sorry and filled it on the other side. She was so nice and helpful. This is customer service . Thank you for your kindness and helpfulness.
