I am very disappointed in north topeka.. i just orded from here and my burrito is sad..there is barley anything in it at all I am eating mostly tortilla..and the tacos are even more sad I can make better ones at home..they stingy on the meat and barley give you little to nothing..
Cold. No sauce packets anywhere. Bland.
This place SUUUUCKS!!! Was absolutley empty and got the completely wrong order for someone who ordered right before we left. Unsure how that got disregarded! Ruined my night
Apparently the power went out after we ordered our food, this very rude cashier said they had been experiencing outages all day. If this is the case, tell the customer before that, rather than making us wait, being rude, and giving us cold food and forgetting items (crunch wrap supreme) This manager did give us 2 free tacos eventually but still I expect my crunchwrap in the mail and hot French fries next time Thank you 🤓
Soggy tacos... Placed an order website said 5-8 mins. 48 mins later I have my soggy tacos. Unreal. Taco bell support said they would get back to me. No word. Pathetic If it was my store I wouldn't respond either.
