Smart mouth, rude female in the drive thru who talks to customers like they are stupid. Only drove to this location out of convenience but will happily drive to another one moving forward. She wouldn't last a day where I work with that mouth.
The staff is genuinely just lazy and rude. We even cancelled our order due to their attitudes being very poor. And to the manager on shift, 7/12/25 around 10pm, I hope you know that you can’t expect someone to understand things by just repeating it louder and louder and with more attitude. All we did was pull into the drive thru and instantly got treated like an issue, if you don’t want to work then please resign. Your giving Taco Bell a really bad rep and you should be fired. I AM NEVER going back there.
