It would be impossible to imagine the bar being any lower than it currently is for hiring personnel to work at MacDills food court. I could write a 5 page instruction with audio and visuals on what I want to order and without fail, they would mess it up. 9 times out of 10 it’s worth driving off base to the same restaurants and eating there.
We placed an order around 4:15 on a Friday. They were out of tortilla chips, they had already shut down the fryer-which makes a lot of things unavailable. When my order was ready, the worker just threw the bag on the counter and walked away. Totally unacceptable
Terrible service and even worse food here. Surprised AAFES allows this.

SLOW AND COLD! service is slow just 2 people {hire more} everyone else was getting THEIR food hot my was served COLD. Waste of time going back up everyone was trying to get food before reporting back for duty...Will NEVER eat here and will tell EVERYONE else not to.....making my own to bring for work..MRE's are BETTER......
