This particular Taco Bell always forgets something I've paid for every time we go and if not forgotten, its so skimpy you don't notice it's even on there, things you'vepaid extra for. Horrible service, rude employees when you bring the issue to their attention. No accountability for a job not done well.

Wanted to get some Doritos locos tacos after school and got met with the annoying AI at the drive thru. Funny enough, it was able to remember better than the actual workers in the building that I didn't want lettuce on them. Ended up with huge amounts of lettuce in ALL THREE tacos with barely any cheese and meat in them despite the sticker on the bag saying no lettuce, and they even had the nerve to not double check the order even after slapping INDIVIDUAL stickers on each of the taco wrappers. Getting the $7 box I use to be full. Today I ordered one and a chilli cheese burrito and was still hungry. Your portions are getting skimpy. Chilli cheese was more like an egg roll. Not sure if rap is the best music either.
