I placed my order thru drive-thru, first of they messed my drink order up! They didn't give me my receipt or napkins! I didn't discover the drink was incorrect until I was driving away. So I drove back thru drive-thru to get that corrected, got a wrong drink again!!! I tried to check my order before I left but someone was behind me and the food was all poorly wrapped, so I couldn't tell that I was missing (4 items)! Never been inside. Always use drive thru.
I ride a motorcycle. I tried to walk up and stand very politely off to the side trying to pick up my online order and they told me to get bent either come to the drive-through in a car or I can’t get my food that I paid for not my fault. Your dining room is closed for renovations. I spend a lot of money here unfortunately because I work so close I will not spend another dime. I will go across the street.
My orders are always accurate, and employees are kind!
