Order online, no one in line, takes forever, no ice in drink, they say machine is broken. Checked order, was missing nachos. Deep Potholes all over parking lot. This is not a well managed/kept location.
went through the drive through at 10:15 pm, When we ordered, we were told they were out of pretty much everything except chicken or beef, no big deal it happens. Get to the window to pay and get our food, we sit there until 10:40pm, Was given a drink with no ice, Asked if we could please have ice and were told no. After not coming back to the window for another 15 minutes, The lady told us they lost our order, and weren’t sure what happened to it. Asked for our money back and was refused. Absolutely not okay.
