MARIA L was the worst experience I've EVER HAD at Harvard taco bell. I've been a customer for over 20 years I WILL NEVER EVER go back. She is extremely impatient and BALLS OUT RUDE in the drive through. I asked her if they have a chalupa box meal she agitatedly told me "I don't know....YOU WAIT". They wouldn't let me order stuff unless it was on there app that doesn't work! They were so rude
The taco bell near Kitten Lane is terrible. About a year ago, we went there and the amount of food in the taco's and Burrito's were skimpy and high priced. Thought I would give them another try 2 weeks ago. Ordered a 5 item Burrito and got a lot of beans and cheese. only a few small bits of meat. They forgot the minifying glass for the rest of the ingredients. Will never return
love the food but recently i been getting my crunch wrap and they been horrible and my brother seen them wait until someone orders it and gives it to them and it was old
Best place to eat!!! The workers are great!!! Management is awesome!!! Super fast!!!!

Manager Emily is rude to the customers. She ignores them when they’re trying to place orders and you have no regards to customer service.
Ordered 2 $7 boxes, 2 tacos and chips and cheese. They got the order wrong and I had to wait for the missing $7 box. There was a UPS driver waiting for his order. He got his order but they didn't give him his cup for his drink. He waited a bit for some one to come back to the counter, no such luck. I seen him (from the side of the counter) signal to someone to the left and then pointed to the cups behind the counter.
