This is a corp Taco Bell no one changed anything and the half pounder burrito is what use to be a standard skinny nope cares burrito. Servings show that no one is preparing food, just another assembled part. A taco salad is now a tostado in a salad bowl

Worst customer service experience ever. – Our order was messed up repeatedly and when we complained we were treated like con-artists trying to scam them out of free food. Their defense? "We've had a lot of people try to scam us out of food lately." A great place to eat if you're okay with the fact that the people working there will assume the absolute worst about you (even when you're just trying to get what you PAID for)! Go to any other Taco Bell in Knoxville. Worst customer service EVER.
dont go to clearkake taco bell.. – im sorry to say but its not good here at all..my fam went here..and ever thing we good was not good and not what we ask for .......it was $30 .i would never do this no more...and when going here there was a working eating and doing the order! carzy and sick...
NOT up to standards. – This is the WORST Taco Bell that I've ever encountered. Not only do they NEVER make the 5-layer burrito correctly (they usually leave out the second tortilla, and the sour cream is always on one end with cheese on the other), but if you present the "burrito" to the staff and politely ask them to remake it, you'll be called a liar.
