I placed an online order at 6:19pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:42pm and told them in the drive-through that I was there for the order. They told me to pull into the parking lot and they would not start making my order until after 7:00pm. What is the point of ordering online. If I had just told her my order over the intercom, I would have gotten it sooner. There was no remorse or apologetic attitude. That is ridiculous! Do better!
I went through the drive thru at 10:40 PM and was told that they were out of baja blast which is fine so then we requested the frozen baja blast as a replacement and the lady at the window seemed extremely irritated and asked about 3 times what we had said and was rude about it and then once she finally heard that we were requesting the frozen baja blast instead she looked around and rolled her eyes and said "sure." and slammed the window. she then gave us the frozen baja blast and walked away and someone else ended up givin... read more

Love the new cantina menu.
This Taco Bell gets my drink wrong 8 times out of 10. I gave my order in the drive thru and the drink was entered wrong I let the order taker know and he responded in an arrogant manner and when I pulled up to the window he got upset with me for clarifying what my drink was. Terrible service. Don’t recommend this location. They will get your drink wrong and most likely mess up your order and be mad at you for coming to the store.
