I work in construction, thus I am always eating at Taco trucks during my lunch breaks. I am a taco truck conniseure and this is easily my favorite spot I've been. Beats out Mexican food at most sit down restraunts meat is insanely tender, owner was saying he marinates it in bay leaves for hours. Worth a drive out to try it
I’ve have been trying vegan and vegetarian options and this location has vegetarian options. I had the vegetarian burrito and let me tell you I was not disappointed. The weight of the burrito had me thrilled and when I opened up the wrapping I was in love with the green colored tortilla wrap. They made it an experience to go from eating meat to eating vegetables. 5 star experience from a Mexican how is trying new vegan and vegetarian options.
Taco alebrije is just a 5 minute walk from my house and it’s a hidden gem for Mexican food. The portions are way bigger than most average restaurants and you can tell they put love into what they make. Their service is awesome with just 2 people working and make sure to get your food in your hands in atleast 10 minutes max. They also provide lime, cucumber w/ tajin, onion, and salsa with every meal. Im coming back to Taco alebrije today and so excited for the Quesabirria tacos.
