Way overpriced for small portions and mediocre food. Waitress dropped off drinks & food & then came back after we were finished. Drinks weren't refilled & fries were cold. Restaurant was run down & dirty inside & out. Bathrooms were gross. There are other much better restaurants in the area. Don't waste your time & money here.

We visited TJ2 tonight, my birthday. Even though there were 12 in our party, we were seated fairly quickly. It had just begun to rain so the patio was closed, and we were prepared for a long wait. Nope! Tables got pushed together quickly, and Walt, our server, took drink orders right away. The appetizers came out speedily, our meal was served promptly, and Walt was a pleasure to work with. The food was great the waitress was good but...... The hostess In the front is less than desirable ... She couldn't talk to you for smoking her cig ... Get a new hostess !!

food was good, waitress was awful. we ordered 2 apps that sat in the middle of the table (empty) for the entire meal, didn't see our waitress until we waited and waited for our check and told us shed wait for us to pay her at the table because she had a large party inside and "didn't know when she would get a chance to come back" we also asked for a different table and was told they had to save that for a party of 3, shortly after they seated 5 people there. we asked the host 3 times if we were going out the right way and sh... read more

Upon standing at the hostess stand for a minute and a half while the hostess doodled on a paper, I was told my party of 8 would be seated in 30 to 35 minutes...almost an hour and a half later, we finally sat. We ordered fried pickles to munch on...very very salty. I had the Mexican garbage nachos..They were so dry that you couldn't even pick a chip up without it breaking in pieces. We were seated after 45 minutes, given our drinks, and didn't see our server again for 35 minutes. We ordered an appetizer, and it showed up 10 minutes later (a 14 dollar dish of nothing but 6 tiny chicken strips). We placed our food order at the same time but didn't see it for another 40 minutes. We travel a lot and this was the worst experience I've ever had. The food was bland. My husband ordered fish tacos that came out soggy. Service was horrible. Only two tables filled when arriced. After 35 minutes when place filled to capacity the server said she waited until she received order from table of 14 before she place our order. Left hungry no food

Hostess needs a lesson on customer service; rude doesn't even begin to describe her. We asked for a table for 8 and we were put at a table for 6. There were plenty of empty tables around so we asked a waitress if we could move. She said that would be fine. At this point no one had asked for our drink orders. Another group came and they immediately had their drink orders taken. The waitress knew we had not been serviced and still proceeded to take the other table's food order.
