I went in for an estimate to have my rocker panels replaced on a work van. The first question I was asked was "Is this an insurance claim or cash?" We walked outside to examine the van and I was told that they don't repair rust on vehicles. They just stopped repairing rust a month ago. Too bad. Maybe next time I'll have a huge insurance claim to fleece.
