I had my first appt. with Dr. Tackett and was very pleased with the Dr. and the hygienist. Both were patient, thorough and caring. I am elderly and was nervous to try a new dentist since I had moved and had missed various prior appts., due to covid, but am very happy with my choice.
Dr. Tackett is the best! I've been going to him for over fifteen years and consider myself very lucky to have discovered him. I have found him to be very skillful and caring and willing to explain all one's options, their costs and their possible outcomes, letting the client decide what's affordable and appropriate. I also have found his staff to be kind and professional, and particularly attentive to urgencies and emergencies.
Excellent care, great helpful staff, and nice music. I've been going there for over 20 years, and hope Dr T never retires.

i think Dr. Tackett is the best i have been going to him for more than 20 years he is very caring and i love his outgoing personality he always has a smile on his face he loves what he does and he is great at it as well i had to have a root canal years ago and i had no pain what so ever i wish he still did them today
Dr. Tackett is a good dentist, however trying to get through the miserable administrative assistant is a painful experience. She's extremely rude and unaccommodating at all times. Her latest stunt is harassing us for $27 that our Insurance company paid them out of our FSA but she denies ever receiving! Even though there was a cancelled check and evidence on our FSA report! Dr. Tackett is an excellent dentist, I would highly recommend him . Scheduling is beyond compare to anywhere else. I am very limited on times to be seen because of my inflexible work times. They have patience regarding this. Dr. Tackett takes care of the problem that you may have and he doesn’t try to push extra fancy veneers, etc. like some dentists do unless ofcourse you want that kind of work done. I feel comfortable and content going there.
I have had the wonderful experience to work with Dr. Tackett as his personal dental assistant for 10 yrs. He is very good at what he does and he makes the patient feel welcome and not uncomfortable. I have already referred several people that I work with now to him and they have had a good experience and will be going back to him. I work in the coding field now but Dr. Tackett will be my dentist till the day that he retires. Thank you for everything BOSS!
I have a fear of the dentist office :( Once I started going here, the fear is GONE!!! They are fantastic here :)
