I was planning a visit to Ocala (from Ontario) and contacted Tack Shack about ordering in a new helmet that isn't yet available in Canada (Trauma Void). Tack Shack wasn't stocking it yet, but generously offered to order one in for me of the style, colour, and size of my choice. All this knowing that it might not even fit me! While in Ocala, I tried on the helmet and it did fit, however the box didn't have the spare liner included. I had bought a saddle online and there was a mix up with the online description. When I called they took care of the problem right away. Unfortunately, they didn't have the saddle I needed. But they get 5 stars for being professional and responsive.
I ordered two custom items that my local tack store doesn't carry. I was immediately impressed by the personal service and communication I received. Great customer service! The items I ordered were perfect and were well packaged. Thank you.
