Initially told work would take 3 weeks , it took 8 weeks. Shop was informed the claim was going to be changed to the responsibile parties insurance, initially didn't say anything, a week or more later was told they could not change the claim as they would have to reorder parts that were already painted. 5 Star : Returned Clean
