Seeing Dr. Tashe was probably the worst medical experience I've ever had. He is argumentative, accusatory and degrading. He actually was yelling at me, full volume, in the office because I wouldn't agree with him that I had sleep apnea. I didn't have sleep apnea then and I still don't have it now. I was told this by an actual pulmonologist. He gave me the same tmj splint that he gives everybody else which actually made my issue worse because the problem was is that the disc on the left side was dislocated and I was actually ... read more
This business is a one size fits all... Everyone going in can expect a mouth splint for treatment options. Everything from eating, speaking, and drinking becomes extremely difficult. When I removed my splint to eat, my teeth would hit directly, I was afraid of damaging my teeth. My concerns were not taken seriously. It's a shame he's the only "expert" in the area. He seems to have a very high opinion of himself. My advice is to seek out a reputable orthodontist to make permanent changes.
Calling him a Dr is a stretch! Even the bottom of the class gets this designation and that's him….bottom of the barrel. He is extremely rude and verbally abusive to his patients, his employees and his Wife. I can’t believe he’s still able to see patients. He doesn’t make the splints in house, they are outsourced and of poor quality. Do your homework as the splint he is pushing on you may not be the splint you need, if you even need one…the wrong type of bite splint can do harm and even more damage to an already damaged TMJ j... read more
I visited Dr. Tache with jaw, neck, and back pain in 2023 and had a negative experience. Dr. Tache spent more time talking and explaining general (and sometimes irrelevant) things than he did actually listening to his patient's specific needs and concerns. I didn't feel that he addressed my needs properly. My x-rays and exams came back mostly normal minus the pain I was having but yet, he insisted I had TMJ and needed a year-long treatment plan.
