Do Not Work With This Woman I have to preface my review by stating that this is strictly about one realtor, Virginia Carson, and not the business as a whole. I had minimal contact with other members of the staff during the rental process, as Virginia was our realtor. Do not work with this company. Horrible. The agent we were working with, Virginia, repeatedly changed the pre-agreed verbal terms of a lease. We were getting "shaken down" even after she had received our first month rent check. Will be reporting her to MA Assoc. of Realtors.
No desperate gouging here... Tache realty does not ignore the legal statute defining the amount of rent paid in advance for a rental unit, and see that the realtors fee is not paid by the perspective tenant, BUT by the landlord or owner. And they see that with the SHORTAGE of TENANTS to fill the multitude of empty units its hard to get a steady paying tenant, regadless of stellar credit, these days. They are not loosing it, like some other desperate realtors. I'm satisfied!
Tache Real Estate is the best In the past few years we have purchased and sold a few homes and in each occasion Tache Real Estate has been there to help and guide us along the way with great attention and detail. A GREAT REAL ESTATE AGENT Having recently purchased a home from Terry, I found her to be informative, knowlegable and very capable . I would highly recommend her for buying or selling a home.
The worst rental agency I've ever dealt with. The apartments we were shown were dingy and overpriced. When they found out our credit wasn't stellar, they wanted us to have a cosigner AND make a large deposit AND pay for several months of rent up front. When we found another apartment (which was cleaner, $350 cheaper, and didn't ask us to jump through hoops), we asked to have the deposit we had with them retured.
