This is absolutely horrendous! The way that they book appointments is just absurd. I called end of August for a new patient appointment for my son. They told me they’re booking all the way in December and that schedule won’t open up until September. They said I could keep calling in case someone canceled. I did for a while and nothing opened up. I never leave google reviews but the care I received was top notch. My son was born with a bump on his head and we got an ultrasound , CT , MRI , even saw the neurosurgeon and got NO answers. My pediatrician recommended to go see Dr.Rico so we called and I explained to the scheduler the run around we were having. She got us in super quickly. Personable and sweet, especially with children. Same goes for the staff and medical team as soon as you walk in. Got clear direction from her and next steps. Other doctors couldn’t provide. Liked that she didn’t immediately jump to medication and lots of testing.
