Dave came out an assesed my mini split daikan and realized i was low on coolant. He recharged the unit and it is working as expected. He really knows Daikans. He also went out to my rental, the tenants were complaing about the ac. He fixed the issue for me. Brianna the office manager was great to deal with and got me on the schedule immediately. I will be using them again, if i have another issue.
These guys are simply awesome. Start with Tim, the owner, who is the best. He was on time and provided a detailed estimate. Technician Dave is another gem. He showed up on time, and his understanding of the job impressed us even more. He waited to make sure the A/C was working properly. Our unit is five years old with older codes, and he spent about 45 minutes fine-tuning the system to make our HVAC work the way it is supposed to. Call them for your HVAC needs anytime. Great service and friendly
TAC came and did work quickly for our house quickly and cleanly. They were on-time and came over prepared to replace our attic fan. And switched outlets to gfci without much trouble (except for moving a stacked washer/dryer...sorry about that!). We like their work, their prices, and will definitely work with them again.
