Absolutely awful! They are straight scammers! Won’t give me my deposit back also I moved out in SEPTEMBER and he’s trying to charge me for OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER. I’ve tried calling multiple times and never hear back. Used to text me saying I have inspection in 20 minutes which the law is you have to give a 24 hour notice: apparently the laws don’t apply to him ! Do NOT use this management company ! Absolutely amazing company. Professional, efficient and caring. They will work with you and are always doing their best to fix any issues.
Worst rental experience I have ever experienced. Promises were made early on and promises like fixing the yard, putting up railings on the porch, cleaning the wood piles from yard, taking machinery from yard, fixing the necessary floors for the house. Basement was not up to code. When moving out we made sure everything was clean. No security deposit was given back no phone calls or letter ect was given to us after we moved. Was promised a gift when moved out and received nothing. Renter beware
