We had nothing but problems with this company, both with the service and the product. Service is slow and sketchy at best and you are lucky if they show up 6 weeks after you called with a problem. And if you think this is bad, then the quality of the product itself is very questionable. Batteries trip at least once a day, the inverter sends error messages about 5 times every day and the 240 inverter never did work, it was sent to me as non-working item.
