Came when they said they would arrive and came on a Sunday! Diagnosed the problem quickly (bad capacitor) replaced and verified fix.
Called Altabra & they came the very next day & assessed what was going on, diagnosed it & made their schedule fit around mine! Completed the work fast & they were very clean & respectful of our work spaces. Super kind, took their time & explained things & made suggestions to prevent it from happening again. Would recommend 10/10!
When every AC company promised to show up and never did, Aldabra came to our rescue. They came inspected our situation and the very next day they showed up with a full crew and got the job done in one day. Our unit suffered a theft attempt and was completely dismantled.
