My partner and I just moved in and thus far we LOVE IT! The neighbors are lovely and Monica & Andrew have been so helpful through the process. Huge shoutout to Matthew in Maintenance! He was super responsive, took care of all our repair requests and is a lovely person! :)
Andrew and Monica are truly amazing. I appreciate them both! The property management is timely and communicative. They responded quickly and adequately to any concern or maintenance request. They’re also extremely kind and helpful.
Anyone moving to the PDX area should check out Tabor View Lofts. Location is great and the company is really nice. No complaints
5 star customer service. Allen is always fun to talk to in the office and we never have an issue.
Apartment is cute and quiet. Never hear my neighbors. Maintenance staff is 10/10. 1 star because of mail theft and management staff. Your mail WILL get stolen here. I was told by staff that “maybe you should just have your packages sent to your workplace”. Little to no efforts to fix the theft problem. Cars in the “secure” garage will also get broken into. My car has been tampered with less parked on the street, than it was the year I paid for a garage spot. Communication with staff is horrible. Many emails just go unanswere... read more
