Been living here for 3 years now great place to stay and Jake the maintenance guy is always efficient and responsive. I highly recommend this place.
Really easy and smooth process to find a room and move in, especially with the utilities and internet already available. Everything worked properly on move in which was a nice change from my previous experience. Jake the maintenance guy was friendly and quick to change a bathroom light I couldn't get to.
Jake Moore is the best! Always does my maintenance requests a quick and timely matter.
Tabor Commons blends vintage charm with modern comfort. The grounds are well-kept, and the building is clean and well-maintained. The property is managed exceptionally well—Sarah, the manager, is amazing and truly cares about the community. The location is hard to beat—just minutes from Mount Tabor and some of Portland’s best spots for coffee and dining. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a welcoming place in a great part of the city.
