Looks good, quality is cheap. Warrenty claims get filled 1 out of 5 times. I was told this house had old foundation but new build. Half our doors wont open right, insulation is awful, most of the trim in the house or exterior foundation is all separated, was told burnt fences would be fixed by ben tatone but they didn't. I have it in text the several things he said he would do but he didn't do. I understand we had a cheaper home but he had a landscaper that wasnt license come in and installed things incorrectly.
