Old Man Tabor is SUCH a KAREN ! Buy your stuff some place else .
What a great experience! After hearing horror stories from other people about building a house and all the BS with contractors and not meeting timelines, I was a bit nervous about getting a house built. Didn't meet the agreed specification; left the backyard unstable; the soil is eroding away from the foundation. Builder's agent, Ben Tatone, denies original agreement and is mostly unresponsive to problems. Ben misrepresents himself and does not keep his word. He makes threats when you confront him with his misrepresentation.
