My first time here and first time at a hair salon in Canada! I have just had my roots done by May who was very friendly and welcoming. The color on my hair wasn't what I am used to getting but actually has turned out beautifully! It's so much better than it was before and has really given me the boost I needed.
My hair is way too short. I had asked for a shoulder length cut, the cut is right under my earlobe. Its disappointing.
