Bad moving in experience, we had to get moved up of our old room bc of mold, and in the new one I put a few work orders and instead of them doing them they just closed them. As well as there always being plumbing issues with us going up to 10 hours without water.
My water has been shut off since noon (it’s currently 7:30pm) and there is no ETA for when it’s going to be back on. They have shut off our water multiple times (over a dozen times) in the year and a half I’ve lived here. The only thing they’re offering is free slices of pizza to make up for it. Update: The water was turned back on at 10pm.
Very sweet Staff and cute apartments! They make my dog and I feel loved! Highly recommended for college students looking for an easy and close place to live.
Staff are really nice and welcoming, the tenants are really nice and easy to get along with. And housing is very fair and has more than enough space!
