Location is quiet and within walking distance to the bus stop, circle K, and NAU. The rate is a reasonable price as a grad student. Even at our last place at Fremont Station, Chase has always been friendly, helpful, and passionate about serving residents and improving the complex. Brought me my package once while out walking to the mailbox without asking. A gem. Very grateful to be here

Tablerock costs about as much as most equivalent apartments in flagstaff. There are cheaper options out there, and the build quality of the unit is not as good as some places you may find, but its all made up for by the great service provided by the management and maintenence staff. Thats the main thing that keeps us here. If something is broken, its fixed truly as quickly as possible. Tablerock is near the south Woodlands walmart and campus. Love it here! Nice small gym, good sized apartments and nice building managers.
While some of the apartment issues I had weren’t the best experience, I will say that Chase the leasing manager was amazing. He always went above and beyond expectations for his tenants and my family. Always worked with you, communicated with you on any issues or concerns you may have had. Truthfully he needs to be promoted. Ryan the maintenance guy was also amazing as well. Communicated with you, took the time to explain the issues he was fixing.
