Ryan from Maintenance was awesome. He fixed everything the same day and was very polite and professional.
Really good management and the apartment is in a convenient location and is nice enough for the price.
I love my apartment and all the staff here are great!! Maintenance is quick and Chase at the front desk is always helpful.
My roommates and I moved in middle of August and are all going to NAU. We love this area and Chase, Tyler and Ryan are all amazing! We have had a few maintenance issues but they are always quick to respond and fix it. This apartment complex is amazing wether you go to school here or are just looking for a place to live. One of my roommates has her dog up here and they always give her treats when they see her! Definitely a dog friendly and dog loving area. Thanks guys!
Just moved in this August and me and my roommates love our apartment. It exceeded what they showed during the tour and has newer appliances. We had a few issues when we moved in but the manager was quick to address it. My only small complaint is all the landscaping work being noisy because it's almost everyday but at least they are making the place better
