We recently moved in, but have known people who live here for the past 6 months. Chase and Tyler are so helpful, and we are so happy to be here. They help with any maintenance request and are happy to help with any issues inside and outside of the apartment. While yes there’s water shut offs, it’s usually something they can’t help and are actively working to improve everything here. Just moved in a couple of weeks ago. I like how new everything in my apartment is. I have steel appliances and new floors. Way better than my last place and near the same price
Working hard, on making the rent expensive and how much they tried charging us on move out. Don't have any friends there either. They'll try and charge you for that. Or better yet. Kick you out. Worst place I've lived. Never again. Even the apartment manager was rude. And didn't do anything about our front door. And tried to charge me for that too. 0/5 stars if I could
A 100% honest living experience. For reference I am 21 and go to NAU. Cons: - Water is shut off at least twice a month. Most times more. Something in another unit is always breaking. Usually a water heater. - 2 of the doors in my unit have locked themselves and broken. In less than a year. - The oven has issues. Seems very old. - The fridge has issues. the office staff is super nice and helpful! the buildings and appliances are a little dated but maintenance does their best to keep everything running and working.
